1. Purpose
Petoo is a platform that connects pet owners, animal welfare associations, veterinarians and partner businesses in Morocco. Its features include meetups between pets, showcasing animals available for adoption, a directory of veterinarians, fundraising campaigns for associations and the Petoo Go walking game.
2. Access and account
- You must be of legal age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use Petoo.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Associations, veterinarians and partners register on the website. Their account only becomes active once it has been verified by the Petoo team, which may reject an incomplete or non-compliant registration.
3. Code of conduct
By using Petoo, you agree not to:
- post content that is illegal, violent, hateful, misleading or that infringes on others' privacy;
- offer animals for sale outside the frameworks provided by the platform;
- post photos or information about animals that do not belong to you without permission;
- circumvent the rules of the Petoo Go game (moving other than on foot, faking your location, etc.);
- harass other users or solicit them in an abusive manner.
Petoo may remove content or suspend an account that does not comply with these rules.
4. Petoo Go, coins and partner offers
Coins earned in Petoo Go are a virtual in-game currency. They have no monetary value, are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money, and may only be used to unlock offers made available by Petoo partners, under the conditions set by each partner. Petoo may adjust the rules of the game to keep it fair.
5. Donations to associations
PetGive campaigns are published by associations, which remain solely responsible for their content and for the use of the funds raised. Petoo verifies registered associations but is not a party to the relationship between donor and association.
6. Published content
You remain the owner of the photos and text you publish. You grant Petoo a free, non-exclusive license to display them in the app and on the website for as long as they remain published.
7. Liability
Petoo is a networking tool. Meetups between pets, adoptions, veterinary consultations and purchases from partners take place under the responsibility of the people involved. Petoo cannot be held liable for any damage arising during these interactions, nor for any temporary interruption of the service.

These terms may change; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. They are governed by Moroccan law.
